Today I awoke with the same migraine I fell asleep with. Can we say, I am beyond over it. I’m tired of hurting, nausea and vomiting. I’m tired of being sick. Periodt!!!!!!!!
Although I wanted to throw in my fighting towel, I thought to myself “What kind of Superhero just gives up?!” After this thought I knew I had to do something to change the funk I was in.
I began to try to find my 🌈 and although I found it, I still needed more. I then began to tell myself some things.
* I can and will succeed.
*I can and will get through this flare.
*I can and will conquer this day.
*I believe in myself and my strength to overcome.
*I WILL Win!
This pep talk of positive affirmations got me all the way together and now I am mentally ready to put on my cape and fly! I’m ready to fight harder!
